ValueCorp have a large database with extensive sales evidence, researched and stored by our staff. We are on line to a property search company and access sales from the mainframe computer. We have access to commercial sales and leasing information, also available to us on line.
ValueCorp have established an in house research department with a library of all relevant property publications. We are on line to a Title search company and obtain Strata Plans, Deposited Plans and Certificates of Title, within seconds.
ValueCorp are geared for efficiency and provide a highly professional property service. We are members of the Mortgage Banker's Association of Australia.
ValueCorp have recently moved into new office space and operate our business from a modern building at Gladesville. Our 15 valuers operate in the Sydney metropolitan, Greater Sydney metropolitan and Central Coast area's every day
ValueCorp covers the Lower Blue Mountains to Camden Campbelltown in the south and all of the Sydney metropolitan area including the Central Coast (Wyong Shire).
ValueCorp's standard turnaround time for residential property is 48 hours, providing there are no access problems, with distant outer areas being 72 hours. Commercial, industrial and retail valuations are generally completed within 5 working days. We have performed to the high standards and demands of clients such as Citibank Ltd, Wizard, and AXA Home Loans etc. for many years.
