ValueCorp previously known as Hecek & Associates, have been established in the property valuation industry for some 25 years and now employ 25 full time valuers, 6 office staff and a research assistant.

Our valuers cover the entire Sydney metropolitan area, north to Gosford and south to Sutherland Shire including Camden and Campbelltown.

We specialize in residential, commercial, retail and industrial valuations and offer a Professional Consultancy service, to assist you with all property matters.

We also have a team of highly trained professionals to carry out development, construction reports, rental assesments and leasing advice.
